Posarelli Villas is the result of a over 20-year experience in vacation rentals of Guido Posarelli, first as owner of Castello di Montegufoni, a stunning castle dating back to the 16th century situated in the Chianti region, and later – starting from 1987 – as founder of Posarelli Vacations, the US representative for Cuendet until 1991.
In 1992, Guido Posarelli came back to Italy and created the company Posarelli, Tour Operator, specialised in quality vacation rentals, with its own catalogue and a program sold all over the world through a widespread network of travel agencies.
In 2005, Posarelli turns into Posarelli Villas, still specialised in quality villa rentals, but with a new and deep focus on web development and e-commerce. Posarelli Villas website allows its customers to confirm and pay their bookings online, to easily access information about villas and apartments, to visualise accurate descriptions with 25 pictures for each unit. In addition, each Posarelli Villas visitor can see exactly where the selected house is located, thanks to the Google Earth technology.
Posarelli Villas website is improved, developed and updated day by day, but preserves its main philosophy of a tailor-made service.
Posarelli Villas philosophy is evident also in the accurate selection of houses: each property presented in the program is visited, selected and evaluated personally by Posarelli Villas’ staff, who also write descriptions of the villas and take photos. Posarelli Villas can therefore grant a personal knowledge of the products together with the advantages given by the most modern Internet technologies.
