Ancient villa dating back to 1700 situated just outside Siena, only 6 km from the city center away. This villa has been recently restored preserving its original architectural features such as the beautiful terracotta-tiled floors and charming beamed ceilings.
This villa is quietly located on the border between the Chianti region and Siena area, in the heart of a large 17-hectare estate producing olive oil.
This house comprise 2 units which are internally connected by a beautiful stone staircase and are rentable only together.
On the premises there also is a small apartment for 2/3 people.
The interiors are furnished in a rustic style with some antique pieces. The outside areas offer a beautiful shaded garden and a nice swimming-pool set in sunny location among olive trees.

The outside areas including the pool are to be shared with the owners and with an extra apartment accommodating up to 3 people.
