The location is ideal to enjoy the Tuscan country-side and at the same time to visit the most important towns and villages of the region such as San Gimignano, Certaldo, Volterra, Siena, Florence and the Chianti area.
A beautiful 27-hole golf course (Golf Club Castelfalfi) is approx. 7 km from the property away. A short distance away you can also visit the small town of San Vivaldo known as the “Tuscan Jerusalem” because in the period from 1500 to 1515 it was a scale reproduction of Jerusalem.
The property owners live approx. 20 m from the villa but they do not share the use of the pool and of the garden.
