The location is ideal to visit the nearby Chianti villages (Castellina, Radda, Greve, Gaiole) as well as Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra.
The access to the property is via an unpaved road not suitable for sports car.
Distances: Bargino with groceries and bus stop (for Florence and Siena) 1 km away, Florence (airport) 25 km, San Gimignano 35 km away, Siena 50 km, Volterra 60 km away, Pisa (airport) 85 km away, Lucca 95 km, Arezzo 90 km away.
At guests’ disposal: large garden with private swimming-pool (12 x 6 m - depth 1,6 m – open from 01/5 to 30/09), nice portico furnished for al-fresco dining, barbecue and wood-burning oven.
The villa provides mosquito nets on some of the windows.
Laundry (washing-machine) available.
Extra Services: Baby bed and high-chair available upon request (free of charge). Maid service by arrangement (€ 11,- / per hour to be paid on site).
Pets are allowed by paying an extra charge of € 30,- / per week (to be paid locally).
