Beautiful country house in stone which has recently been restored, in a very peaceful and quiet location with scenic views, ca. 20km from Cortona and Lake Trasimeno. The house has been transformed into a welcoming and comfortable country residence, maintaining the typical features of an Italian farm house such as stone and brick walls, terracotta floors and beamed ceilings.
From both the house and the garden you can enjoy wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and the valley below. The house is set up on different levels, but both from the living area as well as from the bedrooms you can directly access the garden.
The lovely garden and swimming pool are for your exclusive use and offer beautiful views.

The access to the house is through an unpaved road not suitable for (low-slung) sports cars.
