Nice farming estate with cultivated fields and sheep breeding situated in quiet and panoramic location near Lake Trasimeno. This property comprises 8 welcoming apartments created from the restoration of 2 ancient farmhouses (offering 4 units each).
The outside areas provide a large garden with a shared swimming-pool and the surrounding woods offer beautiful trails leading to the Trasimeno Lake shores.
This property is in ideal location to visit all of the charming art cities of central Italy.
Distances: Castel Rigone with general stores 5 km away, Passignano sul Trasimeno (lake) 10 km away, Perugia 25 km, the beautiful town of Cortona 25 km, Florence 135 km.
At guests’ disposal: large garden, shared swimming-pool with Jacuzzi area (14 x 7 m - depth 1,5 m – open from 01/05 to 15/10), barbecue, 5 bikes (free of charge), playground for children (slide, swing, sandy area).
Laundry. All of the units provide a personal outdoor area with tables, chairs and sun-umbrellas.
On the premises there also is a large common room allowing up to 40 people with kitchen, toilet, satellite TV and fireplace.
Parking within the grounds.
Extra Services: 2 baby beds upon request (free of charge).
Extra bed available upon request at € 8,- / per day (payment on site). Maid service by arrangement (€ 10,- / per hour to be paid locally).
Upon request it is possible to take part to the farming-estate life by feeding the livestock or assisting the cheese working process.
Tasting of local products available.
Pets are allowed by paying an extra charge of € 30,- / per week to be paid on the spot.
