The location of this property is ideal for those who want to enjoy the peace of the Tuscan landscape and at the same time wish to visit the charming little villages of the Chianti area (Greve, Castellina, Radda, Gaiole ecc…) and the beautiful art cities of the region such as Florence, Siena, San Gimignano.
The property owner, a nice and friendly lady, lives on the premises.
The access to the property is an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Greve in Chianti with general stores, nice restaurants and bars 3 km away, Florence (airport) 25 km away, Siena 45 km away.
At guests’ disposal: large furnished garden, shared swimming-pool (16 x 9 m – max. depth 2 m – open from 01/05 to 30/10), nice pergola furnished with garden furniture for al-fresco dining, barbecue.
