This villa has been recently restored and provides nice, tastefully furnished interiors. The outside offers a large garden with lawn, private pool and a nice small pond.
On the premises there is a small outbuilding adjoining the villa offering a double bedroom with bathroom (rented only together with the villa to accommodate up to 6 people).
The location of this property is ideal to enjoy the Tuscan country-side and at the same time to visit the beautiful art cities of the region.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Sciano with a bar and a pizzeria 1,5 km away, Certaldo with general stores and railway station 5 km, San Gimignano 18 km away, Siena 42 km, Volterra 45 km away, Florence (airport) 45 km away, Pisa (airport) 80 km.
At guests’ disposal: large furnished garden, equipped covered terrace, private swimming-pool (8 x 4 m – depth 1,5 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), open-air shower (cold water only), barbecue.
