Nice country villa situated on a hill top overlooking the Gulf of Castellammare, in the area of Fraginesi a short distance away from the ancient Baglio of Scopello and the famous Faraglioni. The beaches are only 3 km away.
The villa offers welcoming interiors furnished in a rustic style typical of the local tradition with a pleasant blend rustic pieces and colored majolica.
Outside guests can enjoy use of a nice private pool with solarium area.
Distances: Castellammare del Golfo with general stores 6 km away, Scopello 15 km, Trapani (airport) 25 km away, Palermo (airport) 55 km, Erice 30 km away, Segesta 20 km, the “Zingaro” Natural Preserve 15 km away.
At guest’s disposal: private swimming-pool (8 x 4 m – depth 1,5 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), nice solarium area with sun-umbrellas and deck chairs, open-air shower, nice veranda, barbecue.
Washing-machine available.
Extra services to be paid on the spot: Extra bed available upon request at € 150,- / per week. Baby bed at € 30,- / per week and high-chair at € 15,- / per week.
