The interiors are furnished in a simple, rustic style. The villa is surrounded by a nice terraced garden with olive trees, a panoramic pool, solarium, a pergola for al-fresco dining and a small soccer ground.
This property is situated in sunny and dominating location and offers splendid views over the surrounding hills and the Natural Preserve of Monte Rufeno.
The location is ideal to discover the best of Tuscany, Umbria and the northern area of Lazio.
Within approx. 80 km there are beautiful and renowned towns such as Orvieto, Todi, Montalcino, Montepulciano and Pienza. The spa of San Casciano dei Bagni are 10 km away Lake Bolsena 36 km and Lake Trasimeno 52 km away.
A small country road runs along the property.
