The interiors are nicely furnished in a rustic style.
The property owners live in the main villa.
This property is on the border between Tuscany and Umbria and it is ideally located to visit beautiful art cities such as Siena, Perugia, Assissi, Gubbio, Cortona, Arezzo, Montepulciano, Montalcino (renowned for the production of the Brunello wine), Pienza (all of them are within 80 km).
Lake Trasimeno with sailing facilities is 32 km away.
