The house is surrounded by a fenced-in garden and provides a personal, furnished covered terrace (with barbecue). A nice fenced pool is to be shared among the 8 units.
A secondary road passes approx. 50 m from the house away.
Distances: Riparbella with general stores 1 km away, Cecina with railway station 12 km away, beaches 15 km away, Volterra 30 km, Livorno 30 km, Pisa (airport) 55 km away.
At guests’ disposal: garden and personal terrace (with barbecue), shared swimming-pool (10 x 5 m – depth 1,4 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09 – from 8.00 to 14.00 and from 16.00 to 22.00), sun-beds, sun umbrellas are available.
Extra Services: Baby bed and high-chair available upon request (free of charge).
Maid service by arrangement (€ 10,- / per hour to be paid locally). Upon request it is possible to organize nice Tuscan dinners to taste recipes of the local tradition (€ 25,- / per person – drinks excluded).
Baby sitter service (€ 10,- / per hour to be paid on site).
Pets are allowed by paying an extra charge of € 20,- / per week (payment on the spot).
