ОПИСАНИЕ
Ancient independent villa originated halfway through the 19th century and skillfully restored around 1950 with all its original features preserved. The villa, with wonderful views over the coastline underneath, is in quiet location, only a short distance away from the town of Porto Santo Stefano.
This villa is situated against a splendid setting, between the coastline underneath and the Argentario Mountain at its back and it is surrounded by a beautiful, well-groomed terraced park sloping down towards Porto Santo Stefano, decorated with flowers, fruit trees, olive trees and Mediterranean bushes and offering charming areas for relaxing and for al-fresco dining.
The villa is nicely furnished with several antiques and offers and ideal stay for those who love the charm and the atmosphere of ancient villas.
We do not advise this house to families with small children, the owner accepts only a max. of 4 children (up to 12 years).
The key-holder of the villa, taking care of maintenance, lives on the premises, in a private small house at the entrance of the property.
The last 30 m leading to the villa are not suitable for large cars.
The nearer beaches are approx. 1,5 km away and the town of Porto Ercole with its nice marina is 12 km away.
Distances: Porto Santo Stefano with general stores and harbour (ferries to Isola del Giglio) approx. 500 m away, Porto Ercole with marina 12 km, Punta Ala (marina and 18-hole golf course) 86 km, Siena 125 km, Rome (airport) 155 km away, Florence 195 km, Pisa (airport) 203 km, Lucca 227 km away.
At guests’ disposal: large terraced park (10.000 square meters) with beautiful furnished areas, spacious terraces, barbecue, fruit trees and vegetable garden.
