This property has been recently restored preserving its original features and turned into a welcoming villa with nice interiors furnished in a rustic style.
The property is entirely fenced and provides a large 1-hectare garden with a private pool, furnished terraces and barbecue. The location is quiet and panoramic with views over Lake Trasimeno and the surrounding area is an ideal terrain for beautiful walks.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Città della Pieve with general stores 1 km away, Chiusi with railway station (trains for Rome, Siena, Florence) 12 km, Perugia 35 km away, the beautiful town of Orvieto approx. 50 km, Cortona 50 km, Assisi 70 km away, Siena 90 km, Firenze 140 km away.

At guests’ disposal: 1-hectare entirely fenced-in garden with private swimming-pool (6 x 12 m – depth 1,5 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), open-air shower (only cold water).

Extra bed available upon request at € 10,- / per day to be paid on site. Maid service available by arrangement (€ 15,- / hour). Linen and towels change € 10,- / per person (payment on the spot).

Villa Pieve can be rented together with our property “Belvedere” (a private villa with pool approx. 20 m away – Id code 1487) to allow a total number of 18/20 guests. |
