Welcoming apartments in a farmhouse created by the restoration of an ancient hamlet with a small church dating back to the year 1700. The main villa was turned into a small hotel with 9 bedrooms while the outbuildings were subdivided into 15 apartments, a large, nice restaurant and a bar.
All of the units are nicely furnished and provide telephone, hairdryer and air conditioning. The outsides areas offer a large garden with pool, pool for children, solarium, tennis court/min-soccer field.
This property sits in quiet location on the Umbria hills and has beautiful views over the surrounding landscape.
Casa Assi is in ideal location to visit the beautiful towns of Umbria such as Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Spoleto and at the same time to discover the neighboring regions (Tuscany, Marche..) .
Distances: Gubbio with general stores 11 km away, Perugia 39 km, Assisi 42 km away, Lake Trasimeno 72 km, Urbino 73 km, Todi approx. 80 km away, Spoleto and Fano (beaches) 90 km, Orvieto 112 km away, Florence 182 km, Rome 225 km.
At guests’ disposal: large garden (lawn), swimming-pool with Jacuzzi area (25 x 8 m – depth from 1,1 m to 1,7 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09, swimming-pool for children (depth 0,8 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), open-air shower (warm water), solarium, playground for children, lightened tennis court/mini soccer field (synthetic grounds - € 5,- / per hour at night time), restaurant open at night, bar, laundry (€ 5,- / per washing).

Pets are allowed by paying an extra charge of € 35,- / per week (payment on site).
