1) RENTAL PRICES:
- The above rental prices do not include booking fees (€ 30,- / per reservation).
- The above mentioned rates are divided according to the season and are per accommodation. If the minimum rental stay is 7 days, arrival and departure dates must be on Saturday. When the minimum rental stay is less than 7 days, then arrival and departure dates can be flexible (on any week day). If so, the price per night is mentioned under the column "daily".
2) All extra charges(mentioned for each property) are not included in the rental price and must be paid on site at your departure to the owner or to his/her representative.

great location , great neighborhood, great people. If you have a car and you want to enjoy a few days in Cinque terre in Portofino and to enjoy the quality of the true italian food than this is the location. From here you can take daily trips to all this locations or you can go to the beach and in the evening enjoy your dinner in the city with true italian pizza and pasta.
We had a lovely five days here. The Villa is positioned high above the town - apparently you can walk the hills. We sat up by the church and watched the sun set which was nice - there are hill views only from the villa (lovely hill views!). We have three children and they loved the house. If you are a light sleeper then pack some earplugs - the church bells sound every hour right through the night - this didn't bother us - in fact it was quite useful! Lovely hosts and we were very happy.
