Two Tuscan-style apartments created by the careful restoration of a former barn turned into 4 units. This property is in isolated and peaceful location on a large 32-hectare estate producing olive oil and offering beautiful woods.
The house is set on a natural terrace dominating the Valdarno area and enjoys splendid views over the surrounding landscape with the Chianti hills and the Appennini mountains in the distance. The property provides a lawn, a pool and a private furnished outdoor area for all of the apartments.
The furnishing is simple, in a rustic style.
The surrounding woods offer an ideal terrain for beautiful walks.
The access to the property is via un unpaved nut well-maintained road of approx. 3 km.
Distances: Paterno with a food shop 3 km away, Pontassieve with all kinds of shops 13 km, golf corse (9 holes) 25 km away, Florence 31 km, Radda in Chianti 63 km, Arezzo 78 km away, San Gimignano 85 km, Siena 97 km, Volterra approx. 110 km, Lucca 117 km away, Pisa 125 km, the Versilia coastline area with nice beaches approx. 140 km away.
At guests’ disposal: lawn, lightened swimming-pool (6 x 12 m – depth from 1,4 to 1,6 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09) to be shared with the additional two units and with the owners (who occasionally live in a nearby house), open-air shower (cold water), small barbecue.

Extra Services: Baby bed available upon request (free of charge). Maid service available by arrangement (€ 10,- / per hour to be paid on the spot).
Small pets are allowed with an extra charge of € 20,- / per week (payable on site).
