Nice farmhouse comprising 5 apartments situated in panoramic location on the Chianti hills. This property is surrounded by beautiful vineyards and olive groves and offers nice views over the Tuscan landscape.
All of the apartments provide a private outdoor area and are comfortably furnished in a Tuscan style.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road suitable to any car.
Distances: Montespertoli with all kinds of shops 4 km away, Certaldo (railway station) 15 km, San Gimignano 25 km away, Florence (airport) 40 km, Siena 55 km away.
At guests’ disposal: private furnished outdoor area for each apartment, shared swimming-pool (6 x 12 m – maximum depth 1,4 m – open from 19/05 to 30/09 from 9.00 am to 8.00 pm), barbecue.
Shared laundry at disposal (€ 3,- per washing).
Extra Services: Baby bed available at € 25,- / per week to be paid locally.
Extra charge of 25 € for arrivals after 20.00 (to be paid on site) |

Logement idéalement situé pour visiter la Toscane (Sienne, San Gimignano, pienza, Pise,Volterra...).Le logemnent est conforme à la description au milieu des vignes et des oliviers, très calme,nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil de Barbara. Nous recommandons vivement cette location, car nous avons eu un réel coup de cœur pour ce lieu.

Voor iedereen die van rust en ruimte houdt is dit een echte aanrader! Een afgesloten terrein met zwembad, ideaal voor kinderen.
Barbara (eigenaar) is dagelijks even aanwezig voor vragen en verzorging. Een plek om naar terug te keren. |

A wonderful restful stay at Casa Barbara. The warm welcome by our host, Barbara and her family just added to the most enjoyable stay. Our self-catering unit was very well appointed and would recommend a stay here to experience true Italian country life, thank you

Nice location, quiet but not too far from the main sightseeing venues. Nice owners, they gave us some good advice for sightseeing but overall they were a bit too "present". The domain is closed off by a fence which gave us a safe feeling to leave our car or bikes. The appartment was correctly equipped, beautiful view from the terrass.
