Charming independent villa with private swimming-pool situated only a few kilometers away from the nice medieval town of Città della Pieve, on the border between Tuscany and Umbria. This small villa is very comfortable and provides a nice furnished outside area with gazebo as well a spacious garden (lawn) with pool.
The house is in quiet and panoramic location with views over Lake Trasimeno and the surrounding area offers an ideal terrain for beautiful walks. The interiors are nicely furnished in a rustic style.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Città della Pieve with all kinds of shops 1 km away, Chiusi with railway stations (daily trains for Rome, Florence and Siena) 12 km away, Perugia 35 km, the charming town of Orvieto approx. 50 km, Cortona 50 km, Assisi 70 km, Siena 90 km away, Florence 140 km.
Rome is approx. 170 km away.
At guests’ disposal: nice outside area with furnished gazebo, garden (lawn) with private pool (10 x 4 m – maximum depth 1,4 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09).
The villa provides a nice room (in the basement) with billiards and access on to the outside.
Parking within the grounds.
Extra Service: baby bed available (free of charge). Maid service by arrangement at € 12,- / per hour.
Upon request it is possible to rent an extra double bedroom (in the basement) with ensuite bathroom with shower (price to be agreed at reservation).
Small pets are allowed.
