Beautiful farmhouse with swimming-pool situated in peaceful location between Volterra and San Gimignano offering extensive views over the surrounding landscape. This villas has been recently restored preserving its original architectural features and has been turned into separate 3 apartments which are rented as a large independent house with private swimming-pool.
The owners live nearby but do not share the garden and do not use the swimming-pool. The furnishing is nice and cozy in a typical Tuscan style.
Distances: Castel San Gimginano with food shops 6 km away, Colle Val D’Elsa with all kinds of shops 15 km, the Etruscan town of Volterra 18 km, Siena 43 km away, Pisa (airport) 82 km away.
The coastline area of Cecina with nice beaches is approx. 60 km away.
At guests’ disposal: large furnished garden (5000 square meters) with nice private swimming-pool (12 x 6 m – maximum depth 2,2, m – open from 01/05 to 30/09).
The villa provides mosquito nets. Parking within the grounds.
Extra Services: Baby bed available on request free of charge. Use of a washing-machine (€ 5,- / per washing) accessible from the outside of the villa.
Maid service available by arrangement at € 15,- / per hour (payable on site). On request it is possible to arrange dinners and lunches to taste nice local recipes as well as breakfast service.
