The property has been recently restored preserving its original architectural features and has been turned into a comfortable and elegant villa sleeping up to 8 persons and offering nice interiors furnished in a rustic style.
The house is in ideal location to visit beautiful natural areas (like the Zingaro Preserve) as well as archeological sites like Segesta, Erice, Trapani, Agrigento or Marsala.
Distances: Castellammare del Golfo with all kinds of shops 5 km away, Palermo (airport) 55 km, Trapani 25 km, the lovely small town of Erice 30 km away, Marsala 40 km.
At guests’ disposal: charming courtyard with veranda offering nice views of the seaside (only 1 km away), above-ground swimming-pool (3,4 X 5,6 m - depth 1,4 m - open from 01/05 to 30/09) to be shared with an apartment on the premises, barbecue.
The villa provides air-conditioning (to be paid extra according to consumption) and laundry with ironing facilities. Parking within the grounds.
