This house has been recently and skilfully restored for a holiday in luxury style and turned into 6 nice apartments all of which offering tastefully furnished interiors decorated in a traditional Tuscan style.
Distances: Le Grazie with food shops 3 km, Colle Val D’Elsa with all kinds of shops 6 km, the renowned medieval town of San Gimignano 12 km, Siena 25 km, Florence approx. 40 km.
At guests’ disposal: nice furnished garden, swimming-pool (12 x 6 m – maximum depth 2 m – open from 01/05 to 31/10) and shared barbecue.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road. Parking within the grounds.
Extra service: maid service available by arrangement (to be paid locally). Extra bed and baby bed available on request (to be paid extra on the spot).
Small pets are allowed at € 21, - each / per week (to be paid on the spot).
